Born and raised in the Metro Detroit area, Dr. Schendel specializes in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine. She graduated with her medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri in 2005. She went on to complete her training by internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center and a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. She values spending quality time with her family and dogs.
